40 MHz Frequency Penant
The Law requires that any person operating a Radio Transmitter on the 40 MHz Band must identify which Frequency is in use by fixing a GREEN PENNANT with the correct Frequency displayed on the pennant in WHITE NUMERALS to the aerial of the Transmitter.
